Load balancing for virtual cluster embedding

Description: 
Virtual clusters, i.e. multiple collaborating VMs and network connections inter se that constitute cloud services, are placed onto physical cloud infrastructures to optimize various criteria such as network latency, network traffic, provisioning cost, acceptance rate, energy usage, etc. Both clusters and cloud infrastructure can be represented with graphs for this problem. In particular, resource load balancing is a challenging optimization criteria for virtual cluster embedding because server and network load should be balanced simultaneously.
